Rental conditions

Occupancy: max. 3 persons (max. 2 adults)

3rd person exclusively 1 child (upon agreement): € 10/overnight stay
   - Louhossoa: 0 to 18 years (complete baby/toddler equipment: free of charg
   - Cambo: minimum age 5 years

Only pet allowed: 1 dog ≤ 10 kg (upon agreement): € 10 per night

Minimum stay: 3 nights in Louhossoa and 7 nights in Cambo except July/August (14 nights)

Daily arrivals and departures except July/August (Saturdays only)

Organic bed linen is provided

Please bring your own bath and tea towels

Prices

Cleaning: € 45 per stay (obligatory)

Tourism tax: € 1.69 per adult/overnight stay

Utilities (heating, water, electricity) included

WiFi: free in Louhossoa, € 10 in Cambo per stay (optional)

Bath and tea towel rent if required: € 5 per set/person

Deposit: € 250, will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure

Terms of payment

Deposit on booking: 30%

Balance before arrival by bank transfer or on arrival in cash

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit remains with the landlord and the tenant pays the remaining amount according to the following conditions:
   - up to 45 days -> free of charge
   - 44 to 30 days -> 30%
   - 29 to 15 days -> 60%
   - up to 14 days -> 100%
